Five miles from the Pacific Ocean, MarFarm is located in the Edna Valley AVA. Marfarm is organically farmed and benefits from a longer growing season with cool evenings which preserves its acidity.

WINEMAKING:
Whole cluster and direct press. Native yeast fermentation was allowed to proceed in large 500 liter French oak barrels. Following fermentation, the wine was aged in neutral barrels for 12 months. Total acid is 7.8 grams/liter with a PH of 3.27.
