We make limited production, low intervention wines from responsibly farmed low yield vineyards. Our goal is to create wines that maintain a balance between beautiful fruit, mouthwatering acidity, and structure to allow the wines to gracefully age and improve over time. We believe that this balance results in wines that are delicious to drink alone, pair well with a wide variety of foods, and are fun to think/nerd/geek on. There’s no reason you can’t have it all. Organically Farmed and Food Friendly
As wine drinkers and food lovers, our wines are made for drinking enjoyment and food friendliness. Our wines, while rich in flavor and texture, and delicious alone, their moderate alcohol levels and refreshing acidity pair well with a variety of meat, poultry, fish, and vegetarian dishes. All types of Asian, Mediterranean, Latin X, and spicy foods go well with our wines.
